Sawmill Process

The sawmill process initiates by positioning logs onto the sawing machine, where they are securely guided through the saw blades to cut them into the desired size of wood slabs. Following this step, the slabs are transported to a kiln for drying. Within the kiln, a controlled drying process reduces the moisture content, stabilizing the wood to mitigate warping, shrinking, or cracking. This essential drying phase ensures the prepared wood slabs are ready for various applications, including woodworking, furniture making, or construction, where stability and durability are paramount.
